USA #1

Here we are at Moss Landing
Well folks, Cori and I had a fantastic time driving down the coast of the USA. First we hung out in Davenport and Santa Cruz and hit up a farmers market and some waves at the hook. We cruised on through the romantic Big Sur, and went on glorious nature walks to the world famous lime kilns and various waterfalls of the area. Next we landed in Morro Bay where we were greeted with home cooked fine dining by 2 lovely friends of Cori. After a horrendous surf at the cayucos pier we were on to greener pastures. Painting the town red in Santa Barbara would have been sweet, but instead we just ate some incredible fish tacos and settled down with a beer and slept in what is possibly the worlds finest downtown parking lot. The next day we surfed a brilliantly empty beachbreak about twenty minutes south of Rincon point. From there we blazed down the highway at 55 mph on to San Clemente, and San Onofre, finally arriving the next day in Encinitas and Cardiff by the Sea. We surfed Cardiff reef and watched Rob Machado shred like only he can until the sun went down. This brings us up to the present. Cori flew back to Vancouver to finish school and I am just about all geared up to head into Mexico. More updates coming soon!
